Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter with granulated sugar and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and the egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each cookie ball lightly and top generously with colorful sprinkles.
