Delicious and easy Mini Turkey Meatloaves that are perfect for comfort food or meal prep.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, grated carrot, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into mini loaves of equal size and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- If desired, brush the tops with barbecue sauce for extra flavor. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
