Description

Delicious and easy Mini Turkey Meatloaves that are perfect for comfort food or meal prep.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, grated carrot, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into mini loaves of equal size and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. If desired, brush the tops with barbecue sauce for extra flavor. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before reheating.
