Description

Ingredients

  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Crushed Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mixing: Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring if desired.
  3. Cooking: Coarsely chop Mint Oreos and fold into melted chocolate. Spread onto the baking sheet and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top if using.
