- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Crushed Oreos for coating
Instructions
- Crumble the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Add softened cream cheese to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mint chocolate chips with vegetable oil.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the coated truffles in crushed Oreos before placing them back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set and enjoy!
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to a week and can be frozen for longer storage.
