Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken evenly.
  4. Melt the butter and pour it over the chicken.
  5. Spread the cream of chicken soup over the top of the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

For lighter options, use skinless chicken breasts or substitute olive oil for butter. You can also marinate the chicken in ranch dressing prior to cooking for enhanced flavor.
