Description
This creamy, crunchy pecan pie dip captures the best flavors of pecan pie without the fuss of baking. It features smooth cream cheese, sweet sugars, and toasty pecans for a rich, nutty spread.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Graham crackers or apple slices for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure no lumps remain.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and whipped topping until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast chopped pecans in a skillet for 3–5 minutes before adding. This dip tastes better after a couple of hours in the fridge, so make it ahead for parties.
