Description

This comforting Neiman Marcus Chicken Casserole is a delightful dish perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, green onions, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
