- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough to release the air and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
- Evenly spread the marinara sauce over the dough, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
