Description

Indulge in the rich, chocolatey goodness of these no-bake oatmeal cookie bars, perfect for snacks or dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well mixed and fully combined.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the melted chocolate into the oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Line an 8Ă—8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly and evenly into the bottom.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours until set. Once firm, take it out, cut into bars, and enjoy.
