Description

Delightful No-Bake Gingerbread Cheesecake Cups combine warm flavors of gingerbread with creamy cheesecake, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed gingerbread cookies with melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour in the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and molasses. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Beat the mixture until it thickens and forms peaks.
  5. Spoon the creamy cheesecake mixture over the gingerbread crust in the cups, filling each cup generously.
  6. Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
