Description

Simple and delightful No-Bake Pinecone Truffles resembling pinecones, perfect for winter holidays and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini pretzel sticks (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and salt until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into pinecone-like teardrop shapes.
  5. Insert mini pretzel sticks into the top of each truffle to resemble pinecones.
