- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts, pecans)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Mini pretzel sticks (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and salt until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into pinecone-like teardrop shapes.
- Insert mini pretzel sticks into the top of each truffle to resemble pinecones.
- Serve as a fun, no-bake treat!
