Quick and easy no bake bars that balance salty pretzels with rich caramel and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush pretzel sticks and set aside. Line an 8Ă—8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil and leave some overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan, combine caramel candies, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat. Stir continuously until everything melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add sea salt and mix well. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels with the caramel mixture and stir until well-coated. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan and press down evenly with a spatula or the bottom of a measuring cup.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Use the parchment overhang to lift the slab from the pan. Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Layer parchment between bars to prevent sticking.
