Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that layers a crisp graham cracker crust with a silky cream cheese filling and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, arrange half of the sliced strawberries over it, and spoon an even layer of strawberry pie filling on top. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
  4. Refrigerate lasagna for at least 4 hours until set, then cut into bars and serve cold.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm strawberries and chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream.
