Description
A decadent no-bake dessert with layers of creamy filling, caramel, chocolate, and pecans.
Ingredients

- 9 graham crackers, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate shavings or additional pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and even.
- Measure and set aside half of the crushed graham crackers, half of the caramel, half of the chocolate syrup, and half of the chopped pecans.
- Press half of the crushed graham crackers into an even layer on the bottom of a rectangular dish. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers. Drizzle half of the caramel and half of the chocolate syrup across the cream layer. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the sauces.
- Repeat the sequence with the remaining ingredients to build the second layer.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of caramel and chocolate syrup. Add chocolate shavings or more pecans on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
Notes
For best flavor, chill overnight. If the top looks wet after chilling, add fresh chocolate shavings or pecans just before serving.
