- 9 graham crackers
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until combined.
- Spread a layer of the mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker layer. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer. Add another layer of the graham cracker mixture, followed by the rest of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with remaining chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
