Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions

  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, season with salt and pepper, and add bacon or sausage if using. Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes.
