Ingredients
- Dumpling wrappers
- Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
- Chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, green onions)
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce (for sauce)
- Honey or sugar (for sauce)
- Water (for sauce)
- Lime juice (for sauce)
- Sesame oil (for sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
- Gather and chop your vegetables, mince the garlic and ginger.
- Mix the ground meat (or tofu), chopped cabbage, grated carrots, sliced green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Arrange assembled dumplings on the baking sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients and serve with the dumplings.
Notes
Customize the peanut sauce with chili sauce or ginger for extra flavor.
