Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, parsley, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
- Top the meatloaf with marinara sauce. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
