Description

A delightful combination of flavors and textures, these Parmesan Cloud Chicken Bombs deliver a savory burst of chicken and cheese, balanced with garlic and Italian herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into golf ball-sized balls.
  4. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping or as a side dish. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to two months.
