Description

A delicious, simple treat combining rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter. Perfect for quick dessert cravings and cooking with kids!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Heat over medium heat until it just starts to boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
  4. Enjoy your no-bake cookies once they harden; best served at room temperature!

Notes

For a fun twist, sprinkle sea salt on top before they set, or try almond butter instead of peanut butter.
