- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
- If using, gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the lined dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until firm. Cut into 9 bars and serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
For firmer bars, consider adding powdered milk or protein powder. Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.
