Description

Creamy, tangy peanut butter frozen yogurt bars with a hint of sweetness and tiny chocolate chips for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. If using, gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the lined dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until firm. Cut into 9 bars and serve immediately or store in the freezer.

Notes

For firmer bars, consider adding powdered milk or protein powder. Use creamy peanut butter for the best texture.
