Soft, pull-apart cinnamon rolls filled with pecan pie flavors, topped with a sticky maple glaze.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and egg; mix until a soft dough forms. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, and vanilla.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the pecan filling over the dough, then roll into a log and slice into 8 rolls.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the rolls. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving warm with a drizzle of pan juices.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
