Description

Soft, pull-apart cinnamon rolls filled with pecan pie flavors, topped with a sticky maple glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Add milk and egg; mix until a soft dough forms. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, and vanilla.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the pecan filling over the dough, then roll into a log and slice into 8 rolls.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup over the rolls. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving warm with a drizzle of pan juices.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature.
