Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and measure them out. Let the Greek yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes if it’s very cold.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, honey, and vanilla extract. Fold briefly to avoid clumps.
- Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and airy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Spoon the whipped yogurt into serving bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings and crushed peppermint candies. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
