Description

A creamy, chocolaty treat with a bright peppermint snap, perfect for a holiday snack, dessert, or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or chips for garnish
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them out. Let the Greek yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes if it’s very cold.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, honey, and vanilla extract. Fold briefly to avoid clumps.
  3. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and airy, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Spoon the whipped yogurt into serving bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings and crushed peppermint candies. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
