Description

Quick, crunchy bites full of melty cheese and savory pepperoni with a golden edge.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning until evenly distributed.
  3. Place small mounds of the cheese mixture on the prepared baking sheet, top each mound with a slice of pepperoni, and bake for 5–7 minutes until edges are golden.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes until crispy. Use a spatula to lift the crisps and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, place the tray on the lower rack for stronger bottom heat. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
