Description

Pepperoni rolls are a quick and delicious treat, bursting with cheesy goodness and savory flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 8 ounces of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Layer the pepperoni and cheese evenly on the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to create a log shape and cut into individual pieces.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
