Description

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add turkey cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated turkey, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through.
