- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and beef sirloin to the skillet, cooking until the beef is browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to combine all the ingredients together.
- Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
