- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, protein powder, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer the pudding into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled, topped with additional sliced bananas, crushed nuts, or granola if desired.
Notes
For optimal sweetness, use ripe bananas and adjust sweetness to taste with honey or maple syrup.
