- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in Greek yogurt or whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, let cool slightly, add sliced strawberries, and mix. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. It can be made a day in advance.
