Description

A delightful dessert combining a salty pretzel crust, creamy filling, and fruity strawberry topping, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in Greek yogurt or whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, let cool slightly, add sliced strawberries, and mix. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. It can be made a day in advance.
