- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill each donut mold about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
- Enjoy the donuts plain or glaze with your favorite icing.
