Description

Delightful light and fluffy vegan donuts made simply with common kitchen ingredients, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut mold about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
  8. Enjoy the donuts plain or glaze with your favorite icing.
