- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the raspberries carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool before cutting.
Notes
For best results, use fresh raspberries, but thawed frozen ones can be used. Do not overbake to keep these fudgy.
