Description

Delightful brownies combining rich chocolate and fresh, tart raspberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the raspberries carefully.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool before cutting.

Notes

For best results, use fresh raspberries, but thawed frozen ones can be used. Do not overbake to keep these fudgy.
