Description

A delightful twist on traditional snacks, these Rice Krispie Cheddar Crackers combine crispy Rice Krispies with the rich flavor of cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, shredded cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and pour it into the dry mixture, stirring until it forms a dough. Add a little water if the dough is too dry.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
