Ingredients

  • Mixed greens
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Bell pepper, sliced
  • Edamame
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Honey or sugar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, bell pepper, and edamame. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey (or sugar), garlic, and ginger.
