- 4 beef chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until combined.
- Rub the mixture over both sides of the beef chops. Grill for about 6–8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
- Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Pat the chops dry before seasoning for better browning. Use a thermometer to check doneness.
