Description

Bright, lemon-scented Sicilian Beef Chops delivering bold Mediterranean flavors with a juicy, herb-forward finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 beef chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Rub the mixture over both sides of the beef chops. Grill for about 6–8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
  4. Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat the chops dry before seasoning for better browning. Use a thermometer to check doneness.
