Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
- Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool in the pan, then transfer them to a wire rack.
