Description

A bright and tangy sauce that enhances various dishes, perfect as a drizzle over fish, a salad dressing, or a dip.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the fresh lemon juice, rinsed capers, and minced garlic.
  2. Using a whisk, slowly incorporate the olive oil into the mixture until well combined.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Let the sauce sit for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
