Description

A delightful dish featuring herb-crusted pork tenderloin cooked slowly for maximum flavor and tenderness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the herb mixture over the pork tenderloin, coating all sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the pork to the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
  5. Remove the pork and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
