Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
