Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
Notes
