Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
