- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Add macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat, then stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve hot.
