Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; stir until well incorporated.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider coating the cauliflower in breadcrumbs. You can adjust the heat level by modifying the amount of hot sauce used.
