- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil until smooth. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until caramelized and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 3–5 minutes, slice against the grain, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust heat level by modifying the amount of sriracha. Boil reserved marinade if using for basting.
