Delicious bite-sized treats combining spinach, artichokes, and creamy cheese wrapped in flaky phyllo pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package of phyllo pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the phyllo pastry and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the dip mixture onto the center of each phyllo square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling, pinching to seal them.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach to prevent sogginess.
