Description

Delicious bite-sized treats combining spinach, artichokes, and creamy cheese wrapped in flaky phyllo pastry.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the phyllo pastry and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  4. Place a spoonful of the dip mixture onto the center of each phyllo square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling, pinching to seal them.
  6. Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach to prevent sogginess.
