Description
A bright, creamy, and easy-to-make strawberry dole whip that brings a taste of summer to your kitchen.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened, carton-style)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. Measure the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Let the blender sit out for a minute if your blade gets stuck to frozen fruit.
- Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract into the blender. Secure the lid. Start blending on low to break up the fruit, then increase to medium-high.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed. No heat or cooking is required—this step simply blends the ingredients to a soft-serve texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture. For a firmer consistency, spoon into a shallow container and freeze for 30–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for an even texture.
Notes
For a silkier whip, use a high-speed blender. Adjust sweetness to taste. For creamier texture, substitute half the coconut milk with full-fat coconut milk or a spoonful of coconut yogurt.
