Description

A bright, creamy, and easy-to-make strawberry dole whip that brings a taste of summer to your kitchen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened, carton-style)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Measure the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Let the blender sit out for a minute if your blade gets stuck to frozen fruit.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract into the blender. Secure the lid. Start blending on low to break up the fruit, then increase to medium-high.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed. No heat or cooking is required—this step simply blends the ingredients to a soft-serve texture.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture. For a firmer consistency, spoon into a shallow container and freeze for 30–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for an even texture.

Notes

For a silkier whip, use a high-speed blender. Adjust sweetness to taste. For creamier texture, substitute half the coconut milk with full-fat coconut milk or a spoonful of coconut yogurt.
