Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (for coating)
  • Strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream and pureed strawberries until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate to coat and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
