Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dried prunes
  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 1/2 cup nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar, or shredded coconut/sesame seeds if desired, and refrigerate to firm up before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. Variations include chocolate-dipped or spiced versions.
