Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb roast beef, sliced thin
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons au jus seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, au jus seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Layer slider rolls in a baking dish, then evenly layer sliced roast beef, followed by shredded provolone cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, and brush over slider tops. Pour the broth mixture over the sliders and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot with additional au jus for dipping.
