Description

Decadent and fudgy chocolate desserts perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations, easily customizable with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Various toppings (whipped cream, nuts, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dishes with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dishes and bake for 20-25 minutes until set but still fudge-like in the center.
