- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the loaf. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, customize the herbs or mix in some hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
