Description

This festive fudge combines creamy white chocolate and crunchy sugar cookie bits, making it a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crumbled sugar cookies
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold in the crumbled sugar cookies and half of the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set, then cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
